ODDFEST Film Festival commissioned XwhY for ODDFEST Film Festival, revamping the 2021 dance-for-film version. Additional 2024 film screenings in NYC include, The Oculus World Trade Center, MODArts Dance, MetaBetties, Theatre for the New City.

XwhY Dance for Film Trailer

XwhY investigates body trauma and empowerment through movement. Each performance serves as a form of time travel, where movement revisits past traumas and transforms them into empowerment and healing.

2024 International screenings include Art Basel 2024 with Satellite Art Show, and French premier with Festival Regards with CineCorps

In 2021, 

​XwhY Dance for Film was born out of the pandemic thanks to a commission by RAD Fest in Michigan and screened at Comeback Selection: Take Your Medicine and Smile in Los Angeles and the Essence of Embodiment Film Festival at SMUSH Gallery, New Jersey.
