AboutTwo years ago, Karley began a non-profit Open Community Class as proof that movement changes lives--it lets us meet our power, our pleasure, and ourselves. They are constantly amazed by the dedication of the students and colleagues in this space doing the particularly tender and tedious work to train, transform, and get into the GoGo groove every Sunday.
